Title block / who builds it
About the studio
ContractorWebStudioHub builds and manages websites for specialist trade contractors, on one monthly fee, with the build fee charged only after the site is live.
01 Standing instructions
What we actually believe about a trade contractor site
One studio, many trades
We build for electricians, plumbers, HVAC, painters, landscapers and more, so the site your trade needs is what we build, not a generic template with a logo swapped in.
Custom coded, not assembled
Every page is built from real code, not a page builder theme, which is why speed is a guarantee rather than a hope.
Managed, not handed off
The relationship does not end at launch. Weekly updates and monthly revisions keep the site current for as long as you are with us.
02 Method
How we work
One onboarding call, a build measured in days, weekly updates after launch, and revisions turned around in working days rather than weeks. Nobody at your business logs in to fix anything.
- 01
We map your trade
The onboarding call figures out exactly which pages your specific trade needs.
- 02
We build it
Custom-coded, live in 7 to 15 days depending on plan.
- 03
We keep running it
Weekly updates, monthly revisions and researched articles, for as long as your plan is active.
03 Draughtsmen
The team behind the writing
Two editorial personas write and maintain the site's articles and playbooks.
- Marcus DeleonTrade Website Strategist, Columbus, OHMarcus spends most weeks on calls with electricians, plumbers and HVAC owners, mapping out which pages a trade actually needs before a single line of a site gets built. He writes about the structural side of a contractor website: page architecture, service area coverage and how a crew-based business should show its work online.Read their articles
- Renee CastilloContent Lead for Home Service Trades, Boise, IDRenee edits the researched articles that ship on every ContractorWebStudioHub plan, working from real search behavior across a dozen specialist trades. She writes about what actually earns a click and a call from a homeowner searching at 9pm with a leak in the ceiling, and how content differs from one trade to the next.Read their articles
04 Exclusions
What we are not
We are not a licensed contractor of any trade, and we do not perform, inspect or warranty electrical, plumbing, HVAC or construction work. We build and run the website. Everything your customers rely on you for stays with you.
Articles we publish are general information, never a substitute for a licensed visit or an inspection. Any AI agent included on your plan is configured to hand anything requiring professional judgment to a person at your business.
