Sheet index
01 Feature
Pages that open instantly
Custom-coded pages served from the edge, 90+ PageSpeed guaranteed.
Why speed is the first feature for a trade site
A page that opens instantly keeps the homeowner who was about to call someone else. Most of your enquiries come from a phone search made from a driveway or a job site with patchy signal, so every page is custom coded, ships almost no JavaScript, and is served from Cloudflare's global edge. The result is a 90+ PageSpeed score on the day the site goes live, not after someone audits a slow theme six months in.
What this replaces
Most contractor sites we take over were built on a page builder or a directory-style template that loads a dozen scripts before a phone number is even visible. We rebuild every page from scratch in the site's own component system, so there is no plugin stack to slow down and no theme update that can break the layout the week before your busy season.
Available on: Site Crew, Site Foreman, Site General
02 Feature
A page for every service you run
Panel upgrades, drain cleaning, mini-splits, whatever you actually sell gets its own page.
Why one page per service matters
A search engine ranks a page for what it is actually about, so "electrical panel upgrade" and "EV charger installation" need to live on separate pages rather than sharing three sentences on a general services page. We build a dedicated page for each service you name during onboarding, with its own heading, its own answer-first copy and its own quote request form, so the site can compete for every job type you take.
Kept current as your services change
Add a new service, retire an old one, or split "HVAC repair" into separate pages for furnaces and mini-splits: each is a revision, included in your monthly plan and completed within 2 to 5 working days. The page structure grows with the business instead of staying frozen at the day of launch.
Available on: Site Crew, Site Foreman, Site General
03 Feature
A page for every town you truck to
One page per service area, crossed with the services you run there.
Why a service area page beats a single "areas we serve" list
A homeowner searching "electrician in [their town]" is looking for proof you actually work there, not your name buried in a bullet list of forty towns. We build a page for each town, county or service radius you name, naming the town, the services you offer there and how quickly you can respond, so the site has something real to rank against directory listings that carry the same forty towns with no detail behind any of them.
Built to scale as your service area grows
Add a new county once your crew count grows, or narrow coverage during a busy season: each area page is a revision like any other, included in your monthly plan. Nothing about the page structure changes, so the site keeps its shape as your footprint changes.
Available on: Site Crew, Site Foreman, Site General
04 Feature
A quote request tool built for the trades
A short form that asks only what is needed to size and price the job.
What the tool actually does
A generic contact form asks for a name and a message and leaves the rest to a phone call. Our quote request tool asks the questions your trade actually needs answered first: job type, property type, rough size or scope, timeline and photos if the visitor has them. The result reaches your inbox or CRM already sorted into something your team can size instead of a vague "call me back".
Configured per trade, not one generic template
An electrician's form asks about panel amperage and code year; a landscaper's form asks about square footage and current condition. During onboarding we configure the fields to match the trade and the services you actually offer, so the form reads like it was built for your business specifically, because it was.

05 Feature
Every enquiry lands where your team already works
Direct API, Zapier or Make into the CRM or inbox you already use.
No new system to check
A lead that sits in a website inbox nobody opens is worse than no website at all. We connect the quote form, the contact form and any chat or AI agent on tiers 2 and 3 directly into the CRM or dispatch tool your office already uses, by direct API, Zapier or Make, so a new enquiry lands exactly where your team already looks for it.
Set once during onboarding
You tell us where enquiries should go during onboarding, we test the connection before launch, and it keeps running without anyone at your business needing to log in to the website itself. Switching CRMs later is a revision, not a rebuild.
Available on: Site Crew, Site Foreman, Site General
06 Feature
Weekly detail updates, without you lifting a finger
Small, real updates every week so the site never sits still.
What a weekly update actually is
A site that never changes after launch tells a search engine, and a homeowner comparing three contractors, that nobody is minding it. Every week we make small, real updates: refreshed service copy, new project photos you send us, updated seasonal messaging, corrected details, whatever keeps the site an accurate reflection of a business that is actually operating and taking calls.
On top of your revisions, not instead of them
Weekly updates are work we do proactively; your 5 monthly revisions are changes you request. The two run side by side, so the site keeps improving even in a month where you have not asked for anything specific.
Available on: Site Crew, Site Foreman, Site General
07 Feature
Researched articles, published on a schedule
2 articles a week on tiers one and two, 3 a week with the Content Engine.
Why a contractor site needs a blog at all
Search engines reward a site that keeps publishing genuinely useful pages in its subject area, and a homeowner researching "how often should I service my furnace" or "what to do before an electrical inspection" is exactly the person who later books the job. Every plan includes researched articles of 2,500 to 3,200 words, written for your trade and cited where a figure needs a source, published 2 a week on tiers one and two and 3 a week on tier three with the Content Engine.
Topics chosen for what homeowners actually search
We pick topics from real questions people search before hiring in your trade: maintenance schedules, cost ranges framed as illustrative rather than quoted, warning signs, permit and inspection basics. Nothing published gives professional advice in place of a licensed visit; it earns the click that leads to one.
Available on: Site Crew, Site Foreman, Site General
08 Feature
Managed hosting, nothing itemised
Cloudflare hosting, SSL, CDN, DDoS protection and unmetered bandwidth included.
What is included, with nothing added later
Your site runs on Cloudflare's global network with SSL, a content delivery network, DDoS protection and unmetered bandwidth included in the monthly fee. There is no separate hosting invoice, no SSL renewal charge and no bandwidth overage that shows up after a good month of traffic from a busy storm season or a seasonal rush.
One free domain, or point the one you already own
A domain is registered in your name at no charge for as long as your plan is active, or we point your existing domain at the new site so nothing changes for a customer who already has your address saved. If you ever leave, the domain is yours to take with you.
Available on: Site Crew, Site Foreman, Site General
09 Feature
The AI Engine
AI receptionist, site chat and SMS follow-up, included from tier two.
What it answers, and what it hands off
The AI Engine on tiers two and three runs an AI receptionist, a site chat widget and SMS or Messenger follow-up that answer common questions about your trade, take job details and book appointments straight into your calendar. It never gives professional, safety, licensing or code advice; anything that would require that judgment is handed to a person at your business.
Set up and reviewed before it ever answers a call
You review every script before launch, and text messaging carrier registration (A2P 10DLC) is filed for you, with the carrier fee passed through at cost. Call analysis is delivered as a short summary so your team can see what was asked without listening to every call.
Available on: Site Foreman, Site General
10 Feature
The Content Engine
3 articles a week, social posts, reels and a managed Google Business Profile.
What tier three adds on top of the base plan
The Content Engine on tier three raises the article schedule to 3 researched pieces a week and adds 3 social image posts and 2 reels a week, built from the same material as the articles so your feed and your site say the same thing. Your Google Business Profile is managed as part of the plan: posts, hours, service list and photos kept current rather than left at whatever was entered the day you claimed it.
Built for a business ready to compete on volume
This tier suits a multi-crew operation or a business expanding into new towns, where more published pages and a more active local presence directly widen the number of searches you can be found for. It layers onto everything in tiers one and two rather than replacing any of it.

Feature questions
What does the AI Engine actually do?
On Site Foreman and Site General, the AI Engine runs an AI receptionist, a site chat widget and SMS or Messenger follow-up. It answers common questions about your trade, takes job details and books appointments into your calendar. It never gives professional, safety, licensing or code advice; anything that needs that judgment is handed to a person at your business.
Do we review what the AI Engine says before it goes live?
Yes. You review every script before launch and can request changes as a normal revision afterward. Text messaging requires carrier registration (A2P 10DLC), which we file for you, with the carrier fee passed through at what the carrier charges us.
Is AI usage billed separately?
Site Foreman is priced $267/ month + usage, with AI usage billed monthly in arrears at what our providers charge us. There is no markup, and usage is shown clearly on the invoice so it is never a surprise line item.
What do the researched articles actually cover?
Topics real homeowners search before hiring in your trade: maintenance schedules, warning signs, permit and inspection basics, and cost ranges clearly labeled as illustrative rather than quoted. Site Crew and Site Foreman publish 2 a week, Site General publishes 3 a week with the Content Engine, each 2,500 to 3,200 words.
Do the articles give safety or code advice?
No. Articles are general information about your trade, written to earn a search click and build trust, never a substitute for a licensed visit or an inspection. Anything that reads as safety, code or licensing advice is written to point the reader toward booking a call with you, not to replace one.
