The offer

Do you build sites for every trade, or a specific one?

We build for specialist trade contractors across many trades: electricians, plumbers, HVAC contractors, painters, landscapers, concrete and masonry crews, flooring contractors, fencing and garage door companies, and more. Each site is built around the pages that specific trade needs, not a generic "contractor" template with the trade name swapped in.

How long until my site is live?

7 days on Site Crew, 10 on Site Foreman while the AI agents are trained, and 15 on Site General with the Content Engine running. The clock starts at the onboarding call, not at purchase, so the sooner the onboarding form is in, the sooner you are live.

What is actually included every month?

The website itself, hosting, one domain, weekly detail updates, researched articles, CRM routing for every enquiry and 5 revisions a month, on every plan. Site Foreman adds the AI Engine and Site General adds the Content Engine on top of everything in the plans below it.

Getting started

What happens straight after I buy?

You fill in the onboarding form and submit it. It asks for your trade, the services you run, the towns you serve, your brand, your domain and where enquiries should land, and it takes about 15 minutes. If something is missing, submit anyway: send the rest by email or raise it as a ticket in your client portal, and it will not hold up the build. We then run one onboarding call to fill any gaps and agree the launch date.

What is the client portal?

It is your account with us, and you get it the day your site goes live. From the portal you request revisions, raise a support ticket for anything that needs attention, send us files you still owe us, and message our team directly. Everything to do with your site runs through it, so nothing gets lost in an inbox. You never log in to the website itself; we handle that side.

Do I need professional photos before we start?

No. We can launch with stock photography suited to your trade and swap in your own project photos as you send them, at no extra cost, as a normal revision. Many contractors send photos gradually from job sites over the first few months rather than gathering them all before launch.

Revisions and the client portal

What counts as a revision, and what happens after five?

A revision is any change request you send, and there is no limit on how much goes into one. A new service page, an updated service area, a different set of project photos, a color change: each is one revision. So is something much larger. "Build pages for three new towns, here is the copy for each" is one revision, not three. 5 are included every month. After that, each additional revision is a flat $20, with no cap on how many you can buy and no hourly billing anywhere. Every revision is completed within 2 to 5 working days, whatever the size.

How do I actually request a change?

Raise it in your client portal. You describe the change, attach anything we need, such as new job site photos, and it lands with the team as a tracked request so you can see where it is. You can also email us or reply to any thread with our team, and we log it for you. Unused revisions do not roll over to the next month.

Can a revision add a whole new service or town, not just edit an existing page?

Yes. Adding a new service page or a new service area page is a normal revision, the same as editing an existing page. If your crew starts offering a new service or expands into a new county, that is exactly the kind of change the included revisions are for.

Articles

What do the researched articles actually cover?

Topics real homeowners search before hiring in your trade: maintenance schedules, warning signs, permit and inspection basics, and cost ranges clearly labeled as illustrative rather than quoted. Site Crew and Site Foreman publish 2 a week, Site General publishes 3 a week with the Content Engine, each 2,500 to 3,200 words.

Do the articles give safety or code advice?

No. Articles are general information about your trade, written to earn a search click and build trust, never a substitute for a licensed visit or an inspection. Anything that reads as safety, code or licensing advice is written to point the reader toward booking a call with you, not to replace one.

The AI Engine

What does the AI Engine actually do?

On Site Foreman and Site General, the AI Engine runs an AI receptionist, a site chat widget and SMS or Messenger follow-up. It answers common questions about your trade, takes job details and books appointments into your calendar. It never gives professional, safety, licensing or code advice; anything that needs that judgment is handed to a person at your business.

Do we review what the AI Engine says before it goes live?

Yes. You review every script before launch and can request changes as a normal revision afterward. Text messaging requires carrier registration (A2P 10DLC), which we file for you, with the carrier fee passed through at what the carrier charges us.

Is AI usage billed separately?

Site Foreman is priced $267/ month + usage, with AI usage billed monthly in arrears at what our providers charge us. There is no markup, and usage is shown clearly on the invoice so it is never a surprise line item.

Hosting and management

Is hosting an extra cost?

No. Hosting is included in the monthly fee and never billed separately. Your site runs on Cloudflare's global network with SSL, CDN, DDoS protection and unmetered bandwidth included. There is no hosting invoice, no SSL renewal, no bandwidth overage and no surprise line item after a busy storm season sends traffic up.

What PageSpeed score do you guarantee?

90+ on both mobile and desktop for the pages we build and host. If a page falls below that because of our work, we fix it at no charge. The guarantee does not cover changes made outside our team or third-party embeds you ask us to add.

Domains

Do I have to pay for a domain?

No. One domain is included free for as long as your plan is active, registered in your name through Cloudflare Registrar or Spaceship, so you own it outright. If you already have a domain we point it at the new site instead and nothing changes for a customer who already has your current address saved. If you ever leave, tell us where to send the domain and we transfer it at no charge.

Can I keep my current email addresses if we move the domain?

In most cases, yes. Email is usually handled by a separate provider from the website, so pointing your domain at the new site typically does not disrupt email. We check your current setup during onboarding and flag anything that needs a small change before we touch DNS.

Moving from your current site

What happens to my current website when I switch?

We rebuild your site from scratch in our own system rather than importing your old one, because most of the sites we replace were built on a slow page builder or an outdated template. Any page worth keeping, service pages, project galleries, reviews, gets rebuilt with the same content in the new structure, and we set up redirects from your old URLs so links and search rankings are not lost.

Will we lose our search rankings during the switch?

We minimize that risk with 301 redirects from every old URL to its new equivalent, and by keeping the pages that were already ranking rather than deleting them. Some short-term fluctuation is normal with any site change; the goal of the redirect work is to protect what you have already earned while the new site's speed and structure start working in your favor.

Billing and cancellation

What do I actually pay, and when?

You pay the monthly fee for the tier you choose up front: $127, $267 plus AI usage, or $647 a month. The $697 one-time build fee is invoiced only after your site is live and you are satisfied with it. Domain and hosting are inside the monthly figure.

How do I cancel, and how much notice do you need?

Email us and say you want to cancel. Your message must reach us at least 2 business days before your next invoice date, during business hours, which are 9:00 to 17:00 Central Time, Monday to Friday. A message sent outside those hours counts from the start of the next business day, so a weekend email does not give 2 business days of notice for an invoice due Monday or Tuesday. With valid notice, no further invoice is raised and your site runs to the end of the month you have paid for. With late notice, the next invoice is charged as normal and the cancellation takes effect at the end of that month.

Do you offer refunds?

No. All sales are final, and that includes monthly fees, the build fee, extra revisions and any cost we pass through at what our providers charge us. We do not refund for a change of mind or for a month you did not use. The one exception is a duplicate or incorrect charge made by our billing: tell us within 30 days and we correct it within 10 working days. The build fee is charged only after you have approved your site, which is exactly why it is not refundable afterward.

Can I switch plans later?

Yes. Moving up to add the AI Engine or the Content Engine takes effect on your next billing date and does not restart your launch timeline. Moving down is handled the same way and also takes effect from the next invoice, since fees already paid for the current month are not refunded.
