    You pay the first monthly invoice

    That starts the plan. The build fee is not charged yet.

    It takes about 15 minutes. Anything you do not have yet can follow later.

    One onboarding call

    We walk through your answers, fill the gaps, and agree the launch date.

  4. 04

    We build and launch

    Live in 7 days on Site Crew. The build fee is invoiced only once you have approved the site.

02 Bring to site

What to have ready before you start

Nothing here is required to submit the form. This just makes the onboarding call faster.

  • Every service you want a page for, most important first.

  • Every town, county or service radius your crews cover.

  • Your logo and brand colors, or a description if you do not have set ones yet.

  • Job site or project photos, if you have them. Stock is used until you do.

Fill in what you can now and press submit. Anything you do not have to hand yet can follow later by email or as a ticket in your client portal, and it will not hold up the build.

After launch

Everything runs through your client portal

You get an account the day the site goes live. From it you request revisions, raise a support ticket for anything that needs attention, send us files, and talk to the team directly. You get 5 revisions a month included, of any size, each completed within 2 to 5 working days. You never need to log in to the website itself.

Common onboarding questions

What if I do not have everything the form asks for yet?

Submit anyway. Send the rest by email or as a ticket in your client portal, and it will not hold up the build.

How long does onboarding actually take?

The form itself takes about 15 minutes. The full process, from your first invoice to a live site, runs 7 to 15 days depending on plan.

Can someone else on my team fill this out?

Yes. Anyone who knows the services and coverage area can complete it; we confirm details with you on the onboarding call regardless.
